ZRemesher

Tool > Geometry > ZRemesher

Dynamesh is normally better for organic models and ZRemesher is better for hard surface.

ZRemesher is able to used with polygroups. It is a method of automatic retopology. It's extremely useful to use to fix bad topology and it can also be used to simplify the topology of your model.

In this blog, I applied ZRemesher to a model of a hat.
